Processing Time All orders are handcrafted and ethically sourced. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before dispatch.
Custom & Pre-Order Items Custom and pre-order items are made to order and sourced directly from our artisan partners in India. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and dispatch. You will be notified at each stage of your order.
Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide, with primary service to Sweden, the EU, and the UK.
Estimated Delivery Times Orders are dispatched from either our Sweden or India location depending on stock availability. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
- Sweden: up to 15 business days
- EU (Scandinavia & Europe): up to 15 business days
- UK: up to 15 business days
- Rest of World: up to 15 business days
Carriers We ship via PostNord and DHL.
Customs, Duties & Taxes Orders dispatched from India may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
